Licensed Registered Agent in Seychelles — serving clients since 1995

A.C.T Offshore Limited

About A.C.T Offshore

Registered agent since 1995 — still based in Seychelles

We formed one of the very first Seychelles IBCs when the IBC Act came into force in 1995, and one of the first Companies Special Licence entities and the first Limited Partnership registered in Seychelles in 2004. We're still headquartered here — not routed through an overseas call centre.

What we are

A.C.T Offshore Limited is a licensed Corporate Service Provider under the International Corporate Service Providers Act, 2003, regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority. That licence is what lets us act as registered agent for IBCs, corporate trustee for International Trusts, and registered agent for Foundations.

We work directly with the decision-makers on your file — not a reseller network relaying instructions to a back-office elsewhere. Typical formation time is 1–3 days for existing clients and 3–7 days for newly onboarded clients, once KYC and instructions are complete.

The business has stayed close to its original purpose across three decades: keep the registered agent relationship simple, keep pricing tied to actual risk rather than a one-size markup, and keep the same jurisdiction and the same local team rather than chasing whichever offshore centre is fashionable that year. Seychelles itself has changed a great deal since 1995 — tighter beneficial ownership rules, mandatory CRS reporting, periodic FSA reviews of registered agents — and we've built our internal processes around those changes rather than around minimizing them.

We're a corporate service provider, not a law firm or accountancy practice. For matters that call for independent legal or tax advice specific to your home jurisdiction, we'll say so and, where useful, point you to the international law firm and Seychelles counsel we retain for document review and complex questions.
