As a licensed Corporate Service Provider, A.C.T Offshore Limited collects and processes personal and beneficial ownership data strictly for the purposes required under the International Corporate Service Providers Act, 2003, the Beneficial Ownership Act 2020, and related Seychelles AML/CFT regulations — including KYC verification, beneficial ownership reporting to the FSA and Financial Intelligence Unit, and statutory record-keeping.

We do not sell client data. Beneficial ownership information is reported to the FSA/FIU central database, which is not open to public search, and is otherwise disclosed only where legally required (for example, to comply with a lawful regulatory or court order).
