Not a marketing promise — the specific things we do, and don't do, on every file.
We tell you before we take your money
If our risk assessment means we can't take on your file, we tell you during the initial review — before any registration fee is charged, not after.
Registration or a refund of our fee
If we accept your file and then registration doesn't proceed for a reason on our side, we refund our service fee (government and third-party fees already paid to the FSA-appointed registrar are non-refundable, as they are, by regulation).
Your registered agent stays your registered agent
As long as your annual fees are current, we remain your registered agent — we don't reassign your file to a third party or a reseller without telling you.
Documents prepared against real statutes
Your incorporation documents are prepared against the current Seychelles statutes we reference on this site, reviewed periodically as those statutes are amended — not a template that hasn't been touched since your entity was first registered.
Government registration fees, once paid to the Seychelles registrar, are set by the FSA and are outside our control — our guarantee covers what we charge for our own services, not statutory third-party fees.
